Asahina Kira (21HR) entered the preliminary round of The 74th Shizuoka Prefecture Central District English Speech Contest (第74回静岡県高等学校英語スピーチコンテスト中部地区予選) on Saturday September 17th. He made a passionate speech, but did not progress to the next round.
